These terms govern your use of the GrantShip website and services (the “Service”), operated by GrantShip, an initiative of Dr. Klaus Fuchs and Cynthia Jurytko, Switzerland. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The service
GrantShip offers a free AI-generated grant review and paid coaching plans. The free review produces an automated assessment (a score, strengths, weaknesses and suggested fixes) of the material you submit. Coaching plans provide human advisory support as described on the pricing page.
No guarantee of funding
The review and any coaching are provided for guidance only. They do not guarantee any funding outcome, eligibility, ranking or evaluation result. All grant decisions rest entirely with the respective funding bodies. AI-generated output can contain errors — you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on, including official deadlines and call requirements.
Your content
You retain all rights to the proposals and materials you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit them. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service (including sending it to our AI providers to generate your review), as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you are not permitted to share.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the Service — for example by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for misuse.
Pricing
Prices shown may be indicative and can change. Any paid plan is subject to the specific terms agreed when you sign up.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost funding, or decisions made in reliance on the Service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.
