The challenge
Their first draft had an impact gap an evaluator would penalise — strong tech, but the case for funding wasn’t landing.
What we did
The free review surfaced the gap. Cynthia Jurytko then coached Harald to sharpen the impact narrative and matched Chipmind to the right Swiss instrument.
The result
Chipmind won an Innosuisse Start-up Innovation Project (SIP) — fixed before submitting, not after a rejection.
The Start-up Innovation Project (SIP) is Innosuisse’s instrument for young Swiss startups — it funds a science-based innovation project (typically run with a research partner) without taking equity, so founders keep their cap table intact while de-risking the technology.

“The free review caught the exact impact gap our first draft would have been killed on. We fixed it before submitting instead of after a rejection.”
